We know that, whilst you are proud of your child’s achievements and want to encourage their passions, you are naturally concerned that their education doesn’t suffer. Our qualified teachers are experienced in delivering on location tuition and will ensure that your child receives a quality education whilst they are away from school.
We will liaise with your child’s school and teachers directly to ensure all classwork can be completed in accordance with their planned Scheme of Work.
Your child will have an Individual Learning Plan, which records each day the work completed during their tuition session. Of course, you can view this at any point however, you will be provided with a copy as will your child’s school, at the end of the tuition period.
Children can be taught on a 1-2-1 basis or in small groups of up to 6 learners, if they are from the same Key Stage.
“My son received the most excellent tuition from you and your team, whist on set filming for Disney’s Evermoor last year. On his return to school he was further advanced than his peers which was duly noted by his school . A pleasant surprise for me as I very apprehensive at him missing so much school. We are really looking forward to working with you again on the new series shortly, and filled with confidence at the level of tuition that I know he will receive. Many Thanks“

For children in Reception and school years 1 and 2 we deliver an active approach to teaching and learning. Developing an enthusiasm for learning whilst following the topics/ themes their peers will cover at school.
Tuition for primary age children, in school years 3, 4, 5 and 6, will help prepare them for their move to Secondary School and help to develop their independent study skills. With a strong focus on core skills, which will have benefits across the curriculum, we develop numeracy and literacy skills as key elements alongside children’s standard curriculum content.
We can also prepare children for their standard end of year assessments, Senior school entrance and 11+ exams, as appropriate.
Appropriate tuition for children in school years 7, 8 and 9 will ensure a smooth transition to GCSE years. Providing complete curriculum coverage ensures that children are best able to make informed GCSE choices during year 9. The need for teachers / tutors to make their subject interesting and fun, is never more important than during Key Stage 3.
Learners in school years 10 and 11 as well as those who are specifically preparing for impending exams can receive valuable individual input during tuition periods. Our tuition focusses on developing understanding rather than simply restating rules to remember. So whether it’s subject input or exam skills that’s needed, we are in a perfect position to help.
During this phase in education children can be combining GCSE resits with AS and A level study. We can provide a wide variety of subject specialists for half days during filming in order to ensure that all academic subjects are covered adequately.
